Today i thought i would do something a little different. I love to paint my nails and thought it would be fun to do a NOTD! So this design is really easy to recreate, it's perfect for beginners to nail art and doesn't really need any specialist gear!
The colours I used:
❤China Glaze's Electric Beat - A beautiful creamy sky blue colour! It applies like a dream, and looks amazing for spring/summer.
❤OPI's A Grape Fit - One of my favourite purple polishes, and i think it looks really cool teamed with Electric Beat.
I also used a little cube of sponge. (Just buy some washing up sponges and cut them up, really cheap and they work well!)
I started with a coat of white as it really makes the colours stand out a lot more! Then I just painted both colours on my sponge
Then i just dabbed the sponge all over my nail. It doesn't matter if it goes on the skin around your nail as it is easy to clean up afterwards. Just dip a cotton bud in polish remover and clean around your nail and it will come off.
Then for the hearts, I used my Bundle Monster 317 plate and stamped it with my Konad stamper and white polish.
I love the fact these plates make nail art so easy! If you would like me to make future nail art posts then let me know :) I really appreciate feedback!
Thanks for reading! Xx

DeleteThat's so cool! I've taken a real interest in nail art recently, just wondering where you got the stamp from? I've also never thought to put both colours on the sponge at the same time, that's a good idea! Great post :)
