MUA Lipstick Shade 2 REVIEW!

I've had this lipstick for a while now, and am still just as in love with it - so i thought it was time to post a review, and share this find with everyone!



The first positive comment that i have is that it is £1! That is crazy for a lipstick that is so pigmented. I love the colour as it is a gorgeous berry purple colour, that definitely looks amazing in Autumn/Winter. It's staying power is as good as any other brand, obviously it does begin to come off when eating/drinking.

Considering the price, i think the packaging is good. It reminds me a lot of NYX lipsticks. Obviously it feels a lot cheaper than a MAC lipstick for example, but i really don't care at that price, i mean i could buy 15 MUA lipsticks for the same price as one MAC. The colour is definitely bold, but very wearable. I think all skin tones could pull this colour off, as it works on me and i'm very pale.



I really like the formula of this lipstick as it isn't drying, in fact it is moisturising. I'm not sure what the finish of this lipstick would be, i'll take a guess at Satin, as it seems to be slightly matte but definitely not drying and has a slight shimmer, perhaps a little frosty. I'M TERRIBLE AT DESCRIBING THIS

❤ Would i repurchase? Without a doubt!
❤ Rating out of 10? Considering the price it would be a 10!
❤ Would i recommend it to a friend? I would!

      MUA is a really great affordable brand! You can find them in superdrug. I definitely recommend as some of their shades are so pigmented and great for £1! Xx

    You know I read the review and I thought the color was really nice but then I saw that it was a 10 for the price. I was like waaaaat. But then I reread and say it was only 1 pound haha. So definitely!

    That's a great color and I love that it works for all seasons. I'm terrible at makeup and usually stick to some CG foundation and eyeliner and call it a day. I don't recall seeing Mua products at CVS but I'll have to check since the price is so great.

      Yeah i think this colour would work all year round! You can only buy MUA in Superdrug (which is in the UK, don't know if you live elsewhere?) or on their website Xx

    I have a dark red MUA lipstick and I love it but not for everyday wear. This looks perfect though as I love a berry lip!
