I did think during the first few episodes that it was going to be a cheesy high school drama, but it turned out to be one of my favourite series ever! I love the characters, the storylines and the series ending was just...aaahhh. Amazing.
Orange is the New Black
Sentenced to fifteen months for a crime committed in her youth, Piper Chapman leaves her supportive fiance Larry for her new home: a women's prison.
Love this! It's such a funny and addictive series. There are so many amazing characters, and i just love the prison storyline. It reminds me a LOT of a comedy version of Wentworth prison if you watch that. There's a lot of laughs, but some really great storylines too.
Gossip Girl
When once-close friends Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf become bitter rivals, their battles for power are publicized to their entire tony prep school thanks to Gossip Girl's dirt-dishing blog -- which always has sensational scoops.
That's a description of season one, which i've just finished. I'm enjoying it so far, it's an easy watch. If you're into girly dramas then this is the one for you!

DeleteOH YEAH I am obsessed with all the crime on Netflix, dexter, making a murderer, lie to me etc but I do love a good girly show and gossip girl & 90210 are up there! OITNB was one of my favourites too can't wait for the new series xxx

DeleteI love your fairy lights! I'm currently watching Vampire Diaries, and coming to the end of it. I think I'm going to watch OITNB next. I started watching it a while back and want to watch them all before the new season comes. Gossip Girl and 90210 are some of my favourite series, they need to make more of them!

DeleteI really enjoyed Orange is the New Black, although it does go down hill as the seasons go one, so that's a bit disappointing. Can you get Supernatural on Netflix? That's a pretty good show, although it does go downhill as it goes on. I also really enjoyed Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Elementary - I like more gritty dark dramas. The Flash is alright too - less dark than Daredevil.
ReplyDeleteI've been watching Lost, as my husband insists it's really good so I agreed to watch it together. I dunno though, it's not my favourite show.
I've never seen Gossip Girl or 90210 - but when I think of them, I think of things like Pretty Little Liars, and I wasn't a fan of that. I like my Superhero shows :)

I absolutely love 90210 and Gossip Girl! I really want to watch OITNB though, it looks amazing. PLL is on my list too! I've recently been loving watching Gotham on Netflix x
